Josh, a 11-year professional, is a South Texas native growing up in Houston and playing locally for the Hurricanes Soccer Club.
Josh played collegiately for the Cincinnati Bearcats and was selected 13th overall in the 2004 MLS SuperDraft by the Los Angeles Galaxy. He later appeared for the Seattle Sounders, Carolina RailHawks, Columbus Crew, Montreal Impact, and Sporting Kansas City. In his career, he scored 15 goals in in 157 matches.
Josh is also a two-time MLS Cup champion. He won his first title with the Los Angeles Galaxy in 2005 and his second with Sporting Kansas City in 2013.
Following his professional career, Josh coached in the Sporting KC Academy before returning home to South Texas to continue his career. Gardner completed the prestigious Elite Formation Course, and the Elite Coaching education program for MLS Academy Staff in partnership between MLS and the French Football Federation.

Richards scored 10 goals in 47 international appearances for Jamaica and appeared in more than 240 matches for the New York Red Bulls, Vancouver Whitecaps, Burnley, Bodø/Glimt, Indy Eleven, and Miami FC.
Richards joins the Houston Rangers after previously coaching with Sting Soccer Club, AWTY International School, and Houstonians Futbol Club.

Samayoa has coached in the Houston area since 2017 and was most recently with the Albion Hurricanes FC where he was an assistant coach for the AHFC Royals of the USL League Two and the Boys ECNL-RL Director.
Samayoa played collegiately at Fullerton College and coached at Compton College.

Stanisic has played and coached at the highest levels.
As a player he was a member of Partizan Belgrade, New York Cosmos, and the US National Team from 1993-1996, earning one cap in a draw against El Savador. He also appeared in more than 200 indoor matches.
As a coach, he first started in college at Franklin & Marshall College and was a goalkeeper coach for the Columbus Crew.
